Budi Kasih Junior High School was founded in 2011 and began operations in Jul
y 2012, with five teachers, a principal, and 20 students. In 2015, Budi Kasih Juni
or High School received an "A" accreditation, and that same year, its first gradu
ating class of 20 students. To date, Budi Kasih Junior High School has graduated
11 classes, totaling approximately 250 alumni over a 13-year period. Currently,
Budi Kasih Junior High School has 97 active students. Under the auspices of the
Darma Bakti Sentosa Foundation, Budi Kasih Junior High School operates unde
r the same roof as the Budi Kasih Kindergarten, Elementary School, and Senior
High School. Its educational activities began around 1991. Initially, it was a Kin
dergarten (1991), followed by an Elementary School (1995), and a Junior High
School (2012). As the world of education develops, the Foundation sees the nee
d to open a high school (2026 academic year) that is expected to contribute to th
e lower-middle class in Makassar. Budi Kasih Junior High School is located at Jl
. Gunung Salahutu II No. 13-15 in the center of Makassar, adjacent to the Girina
ga Temple (one of the largest temples in Makassar), a mosque, and a church, as
well as a central business district, offices, and educational institutions. Its strateg
ic location facilitates easy access for students to reach Budi Kasih School. Budi
Kasih School sits on approximately 3,200 square meters of land and has three
floors, with 30 rooms, including classrooms, a computer laboratory, a science la
boratory, and the principal's office. In the center of the building, a sports field is
one of the school's facilities. Budi Kasih Junior High School currently collaborat
es both domestically and internationally to improve the quality of education and
prepare students to become globally competitive individuals, foster positive char
acter, and develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. At B
