In 1991, Ziqiang Elementary School was established. In 1994, a special education class was established, followed by the creation of an art class in 1996 and a sports class in 2013.

In recent years, Ziqiang Elementary School has developed a wide variety of extracurricular clubs, including football, track and field, wind orchestra, recorder ensemble, choir, diabolo team, and more. This diverse and enriching educational environment has enabled the school to achieve remarkable success in various competitions and events.

1. Promote the philosophy of the Learning Community, experiential courses in vermiculture farming, the implementation of open-class teaching practices for all faculty, and the development of a school-based curriculum with one core (Art and Aesthetic Cultivation) and three themes (Healthy Football, Ecological Butterflies, and Classic Reading). Additionally, focus on developing STEAM interdisciplinary courses, integrating tablets as learning tools, and fostering classrooms where students learn together, think together, innovate, and take action collaboratively.

2. Establish the Art Talent Class to identify students with potential in artistic creation, deepen their expertise in art and cultivate their humanistic values. The program aims to nurture artistic talents with abilities in analysis, application, appreciation, and creation.

3. Form the Sports Talent Class to develop athletic programs such as track and field and football. Through systematic training, the class enhances students’ athletic skills and physical fitness, promotes social interaction and teamwork, and fosters a love and interest in sports.
