Phuttirangsiphibul School, located in Ban Pho District, Chachoengsao Province, is a co-educational secondary school. It operates under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6, Ministry of Education, and was founded on June 2, 1954, by Phra Promkhunabhorn (D. Jiam Kullavanich). At the time of founding, he held the ecclesiastical title of Phra Khru Athonpipitkit and served as the Abbot of Pipitprasatsunthon (Lad Khwang) Temple.
During that period, there were no secondary schools available for local students to continue their education. Consequently, parents sought assistance from the Abbot (Luang Pu) to help secure enrollment for their children in city schools. Over time, the number of requests grew beyond his ability to help everyone. This challenge inspired Luang Pu to establish a secondary school at Pipitprasatsunthon Temple.
Initially, classes were conducted using the temple's Buddhist theology building and kitchen area under the name "Matthayom Wat Lad Khwang School". In its first year, 77 students enrolled, divided into 2 classrooms, with Luang Pu and 5 resident monk graduates (Phra Maha Parian) serving as teachers.
Later, Luang Pu submitted an official request to the government to formally establish the school and request teaching staff. The government granted permission during the initial phase. Subsequently, Luang Pu received a land donation of 23 rai, 1 ngan, and 10 square wah. Combined with a government subsidy budget, school buildings and teacher residences were constructed, and the school has been operating ever since.
The school's name was first changed to "Ban Pho Phibulin Bamrung School" and was later changed again to "Phuttirangsiphibul School" in honor of Luang Pu's ecclesiastical title. Currently, the school covers a total area of 90 rai, 3 ngan, and 85 square wah.
