The school was founded on July 1, 1985. It was originally a barren land. After several years of poor management and the efforts of all colleagues, Wenhua Elementary School was born with a new look. The ranks of chemical education talents. The school is located at the intersection of Wenhua Street and Minquan Road, with extremely convenient transportation and a collection of talents. It is a high-quality learning place for students.
The school started enrolling students immediately after the 85th academic year, and only recruited first-year freshmen, who were temporarily borrowed from the Nanguo Primary School for classes; until January 87, when it moved to the new campus, the 87th academic year fully recruited students. In June of the eighteenth year, the first batch of graduates was produced. Because of the careful management of previous principals and the efforts of all teachers in the school, the number of classes has increased rapidly. The current principal is Mr. Xu Qingyang.

1. Implement moral education, promote the selection of moral angels, honor children and model students, establish benchmarks and model learning, and create an atmosphere for cultivating campus character.
2. Develop diverse teams and after-school clubs, provide students with diverse exploration and learning opportunities, and enrich their learning experience.
3. Implement popularization sports, handle the annual president's cup 3 -kilometer run, swimming teaching, class lap race, school celebration sports meeting, inter-class sports competition, etc., and provide opportunities for participation in multiple sports.
4. In conjunction with festivals, hold Mother’s Day Thanksgiving Concerts, Cultural Talent Shows, Children’s Day Love and Cherish Blessings Flea Markets, Freshman Start-up Activities, etc.
5. Introduce a professional team and invite medical professionals such as Dental Association, Pharmacist Association, Eye Clinic, Nutritionist, etc. to come to the school to implement health education propaganda.
6. Construct a safe corridor for leaving school above the separation of pedestrians and vehicles, promote bicycle education and license examination activities, and ensure the safety of school children.
7. Pass the campus low-carbon life certification, implement the plan of the four provinces, and build a low-carbon campus.
8. Plan the insect ecological park, build an e- platform, and encourage students to explore and learn.
9. Promoting the reading standard - Four Seasons Magic Course in the Wisdom Magic House, reading together with teachers and students, creating a scholarly campus.
10. Implement information education, build digital classrooms, actively participate in the production of local special research websites at Internet World Expo, etc., to cultivate action research capabilities.
11. Help disadvantaged students, handle remedial teaching programs; open adult education classes, and set up senior centers.
12. Establish Wenxin Volunteer Guidance Group , attach importance to the growth of volunteers , and support the development of school affairs.
13. Organize student counseling volunteers to assist students with low academic achievement, provide academic counseling and life care .
